Since our tables and chairs are custom-made according to your requests, considering all specifications on dimensions, materials, and design, the return and exchange of such items are governed by specific regulations.
Return and Exchange Policy
According to the Ukrainian Law "On Consumer Rights Protection," custom-made items are not subject to return or exchange unless they have significant defects. We are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products, which is why we carefully monitor every stage of production.
Cases in which exchange or return is possible:
Manufacturing Defects: If you discover manufacturing defects or damage upon receiving the item, we will review your claim. In such cases, we can offer defect repair, item replacement, or, if necessary, a refund.
Order Compliance: If the item does not match the technical specifications or individual requirements outlined in your contract or technical assignment, we will arrange for an exchange or the production of a new item.
How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request
Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item by sending a detailed description of the issue, along with photos of the defect or discrepancy.
Our manager will contact you to discuss the next steps and find the most convenient solution for you.
