Shipping, payment and return
Delivery across the territory of Ukraine
We provide the possibility of safe delivery of goods throughout Ukraine.
Each client can choose the most convenient way for himself:
1. Receive the purchased goods at any branch of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
2. Wait for delivery by Nova Poshta courier to the specified address.
3. Pick up the order by self-delivery from the showroom "StarWood" in Kropyvnytskyi (only by prior arrangement)
Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00.
If it is inconvenient for you to wait for delivery at the specified time, you must write an additional comment to the order or contact us by one of the contact numbers:

Estimated delivery time for items in stock is 1-3 business days. When making products under the order - up to 21 working days. A more specific delivery date for an order is always agreed upon when it is placed, and also directly depends on the time spent on the production of the goods.
You can always check the current status of your order with the manager, as well as in the logistics department by phone or by e-mail: office@starwood.ua.
Upon receipt of the order, the customer must check the integrity of the packaging and its contents. If a defect is found, you must immediately report it to our manager.
Payment
You can make payment in the following ways:
1. By bank transfer.
If the payer is an individual, then to pay for the order through the bank, the manager sends you an invoice with details by e-mail. Then the client independently prints it out and pays in any convenient bank (the commission must be clarified directly with the bank where the payment is made). After receipt of funds to the settlement account of our online store, the order is transferred to the courier service for subsequent delivery to the specified address.
If the payer is a legal entity: the client sends us his details to the company's email address (office@starwood.ua). The prepared invoice is then sent for payment by the recipient. The order formation time is up to 3 business days (after the funds are credited to the company's settlement account). Payment notification will significantly speed up the processing of your order!
2. Cash on delivery with a subscription of 1000 UAH, for goods that are in stock. The remaining amounts can be paid by mail.
3. Payment using the LiqPay system on the site (payment by Visa, Mastercard).
4. When choosing a delivery method from the showroom, it is possible to pay in the national currency of Ukraine in cash upon receipt.
Made to order
To take an order, which will be made to order, an advance payment of 50% of the cost of the product is required. The rest of the amount can be paid in the most convenient way, after the production of the goods.
Delivery cost by "Nova poshta":
Order amount up to 5000 UAH - 200 UAH
Order amount from 5000 to 10000 UAH - 500 UAH
Order amount over 10000 - 900 UAH
Return of goods
If you do not like the size, color, or you find other problems, within 14 days after purchase, you can return the goods to us, which was delivered out of stock. You need to call the website at the number: +380 66 53 73 781, and over the phone we will issue an exchange or return of goods. Shipping is paid by the buyer in case of return of goods. The refund occurs within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned goods from you at the warehouse of Nova Poshta.
Return / exchange conditions:
lack of signs of use of the goods; the presence of labels; the product must be marketable. In case of detection of signs of use of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
